Welcome to the St. Sebastian Parish School Library!

Step into a world of adventure where fiction and non-fiction takes you anywhere you want to go. With over 9,000 books and counting, our students have many avenues of excitement and fascination. Our "Everyone" section contains picture books with reading levels from Pre-K through 5th grade. Our fiction section has scifi/fantasy, mystery, adventure, classic tales, Newberry Award Winners and historical fiction. Our non-fiction section has books from Greek mythology through biographies and everything in between. Our inviting Miss Spider reading corner is especially welcoming to our students who want a quiet place to sit back and read.

  • Library Events:
    • We collect Box Tops for education year round and use the money to purchase new books and supplies. We have a little contest between classes where the top three collectors win prizes. The teachers can be just as competitive as their students!
    • Our Scholastic Book Fairs also give us the opportunity to purchase books for classroom libraries as well as three different children's charities. Donated gently used books are always welcome.
