St. Sebastian Parish is currently looking to hire an Event Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator for their upcoming September Spectacular.

 

Event Fundraising & Volunteer Coordinator

 

St. Sebastian Parish School is seeking an event fundraising & volunteer coordinator for their Parish School’s largest fundraiser the St. Sebastian Spectacular. The event will occur on March 2, 2019 at the school’s Zwisler Hall. The Coordinator will work with a volunteer committee and school staff. This person will develop and lead a fundraising strategy for the event to include event sponsorship, table sponsors, silent and live auction and ad sales. They will create, manage and reconcile event budgets, expenses and timelines, as well as be responsible for leading various volunteer teams in the planning and implementation for all aspects of the event; including scheduling and attending regular committee meetings and meeting follow-up. ¬†They will also manage the event database (Bid-pal) on all aspects of the event. This will include coordination with school staff and committee as well as event vendors. At the conclusion of the event they will manage and execute an event debriefing to include surveys and recommended improvements and changes.

 

This a contracted position with St. Sebastian Parish and benefits will not be provided.
