When you walk into chuch, look around. When you see the large wreaths that hang on the walls, the trees and flowers that adorn the altar at Christmas, all of this is the work of the sacristans.
By cleaning and dusting, replacing candles, cleaning the priests vestments, replacing linens, supplying hosts, providing flowers for all occasions, it is our job to ensure that the altar and the clergy are represented in a way that is respectful to God.
