Restoration Update

 

Beginning on April 2nd our Parish Church will begin a one million dollar restoration campaign. Please note the change in the Mass location until further notice:

 - All weekday Masses will be held at the JB Akron Chapel

 - All weekend Masses will be held in the Parish Church

 - During the week our Parish Church is Closed

 - Please see the Parish bulletin for our Confession schedule

Young Adult Group - Book Club and Theology on Tap

 

The Young Adult Group will be reading The Second Greatest Story Ever Told and discussing it every other Monday at 7:30 p.m. in Byrider Hall beginning Monday, March 12th. For more information on the Book Club, please click HERE.

 

Theology on Tap - Wednesday, May 9th at 7:00 pm, at the Barley House in downtown Akron, Theology on Tap welcomes all young adults to come listen to Fr. Marty Miller, Catholic Priest of Opus Dei. He will speak on "Mary: A Sure Guide to Pilgrims". Admission is $5 and includes appetizers. The bar will be open for those who would like to purchase beverages.

Theology on the Rocks - Food, Fellowship and Faith for Adults     

SAVE THE DATE: Monday, May 21st at D'Agnese on White Pond Drive, Fr. Kevin Klonowski, Parochial Vicar at Holy Family Parish in Stow will be speaking on, "Lost and Found: How to Help Adult Children Find Their Way Back to the Faith" at 7:00 p.m., appetizers and presentation will begin at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per person and a cash bar will be available.

New parishioners are most welcome and should phone the rectory or fill out the online form at the Become a Member page as soon as possible in order to schedule an appointment to register. Current parishioners who must leave us, should call the rectory with your date of departure. We'll miss you and bid you God's blessings.
