Orders with checks: complete the form FOUND HERE and submit with a check made payable to St. Sebastian Parish School, in the memo line please write “8th grade trip”.
Envelopes labeled “Christmas Plant Sale” may be 1) sent in with students via backpack express, or 2) dropped off at school in the mail drop off bin (in the main entrance lobby on Mull Ave.) Please use a separate order form for each order. Thank you!
