Learn MoreSt. Sebastian Parish is firmly committed that no child should be denied a Catholic education at our parish school due to a financial inability to pay tuition.
Any family that believes it may have difficulty meeting the tuition obligation for the 2025-2026 school year is encouraged to review the following procedures to apply for Diocesan Tuition Assistance.
Any school family concerned about its financial ability to pay the full tuition must complete a Student Aid form online,
www.online.factsmgt.com/aid. This form must be submitted to FACTS no later than March 15, 2025. These forms will be assessed by
FACTS to help determine a family’s ability to pay tuition. Round 1 notification to parents and schools regarding aid will be released May 2024. Round 2 deadline for financial aid will be May 15, 2025 with notification happening in July 2024. It is strongly encouraged that families submit their information by the first round due date.
Once the results from FACTS have been returned to the parish, a determination on the level of assistance will be determined. The
business office will contact the Parent/Guardian with the outcome in a timely manner prior to the beginning of the new school year payment
period.
If you would like to be considered for financial aid before your July 2025 payments begin, you must apply by March 15, 2025.
