PSR has openings for individuals who have an interest in being an integral part of the instruction that takes place in PSR.

We need three or more volunteer catechists/PSR teachers in our classrooms. Two of these openings are in the sacramental years, second and eighth grades. Co-teaching a class can also be considered as an option.

This is an opportunity to share your faith with children as you teach and guide them in the ways of our faith. Easy to use materials are provided. Virtus training and a background check are required, but we will assist you through the process. We are all called to discipleship in the church and by volunteering to be a Catechist you are promised a special kind of joy that comes from sharing your faith and teaching children.

For parents, this also has a remarkable impact on your own children to see you taking part and sharing your faith with their peers. Please spread the word to others about this need and respond by email if you would consider filling one of these openings.
