• Fit and Fun Activity Class Includes: 4 monthly 30-min classes a month.
• Safety First: Train proper exercising techniques with good form.
• Healthy Habits: Weekly chats which develop healthy habits and choices.
• Stress Relief: New calming exercises to help manage stress and emotions.
• Our Certified Personal Trainer, Karen Boyer, who has more than 15 years of
coaching and exercise experience, created and designed this program.

Boost Academics - Fitness exercises have been shown to enhance: focus,
discipline, better study habits, academic performance and techniques to
contribute to problem-solving techniques.
Mastery for Sports - The physical development of strength, agility, balance, speed
and timing elevates students in all sports performance.
Confidence, Respect, Resilience - Equips students to deal with challenges and
increases self-image leading to respect for self and others.
